I just want to know how I can effectively cut down on water use.  Our Town keeps raising the rates and since 2006 it was $117.00 and my new bill is $112.80.  I have cut down on wash (3 loads one day once a month), I do not constantly flush the toilet (if its yellow let it mellow, if its brown flush it down) and to test the Town water system, (don't get grossed out) I have taken one shower a week, sometimes going two weeks with out (for the last six months).  STILL for one person I see my water bill as way too high.  I do not wash cars, I do not water lawn/garden.  Whats a single unemployed homeowner to do these days!
